Andrew M. Pardieck

Professor Pardieck graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College and the Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington. He then completed a doctorate degree in law at the University of Hokkaido School of Law, where he wrote his dissertation, in Japanese, on Japanese and U.S. securities law. After graduate school, Professor Pardieck practiced in Indiana and then Japan. His practice in Indiana focused on complex civil litigation. In Tokyo, he worked as General Counsel for Temple University, Japan Campus. His is currently an Associate Professor of Law at the Southern Illinois University School of Law, where he teaches Civil Procedure, Remedies, Electronic Discovery, and Comparative Law.
