Jessie Torres is a partner at Berger Singerman serving as the Director of eDiscovery & Litigation Support based in its Miami office. Jessie is a proven, creative eDiscovery professional with more than nine years of eDiscovery and managed review experience. At Berger Singerman, he designs and implements eDiscovery best practices and policies regarding staffing, collections, hosting, culling, ESI protocols, document review, privilege logs, and productions. He also works daily on searches, quality control, deposition preparation and other matter-related items utilizing both Relativity and Eclipse. He has authored numerous Florida Bar-approved CLEs on eDiscovery.

Prior to joining Berger Singerman, he was a Director of Review Management and Site Director for several national service providers leading countless eDiscovery projects managing teams from four people to over 250 people across multiple states including remote teams. He coached attorneys, trained review managers, and interacted with clients daily.

In addition, he has been an adjunct professor of Legal Technology as well as GIS software for Broward College, speaks Fluent Spanish, and has administration experience on Eclipse. He holds industry certifications including CEDS, Brainspace Analyst, Reveal AI, and Relativity Review Management. He is honored to serve as a Board Member of Life Preservers Project, a charity founded by eDiscovery veterans providing funds for advocacy programs to victims of human trafficking.
