Suzanne Clark is a graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, and is Of Counsel at Beasley, Allen, Crow, Methvin, Portis & Miles, P.C. where she serves as Discovery Counsel for the firm’s Mass Torts Section. Suzanne works remotely from Jacksonville, Florida, for the firm’s Montgomery, Alabama office. After graduating law school in 2002, Suzanne practiced in the area of commercial litigation, and in 2013 she entered the field of eDiscovery. Since 2017, Suzanne has focused her eDiscovery legal practice on the Plaintiff’s side, serving as Discovery Co-counsel assisting merits counsel with discovery advocacy and evidence management, especially discovery and management of electronically stored information (ESI). She has also taught eDiscovery at Samford University, Cumberland School of Law, through the fully online Master of Studies in Law program. Suzanne has earned the Certified eDiscovery Specialist designation from the Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists (ACEDS) and the Mass-Tort MDL Certificate from the Bolch Judicial Institute at Duke University School of Law. Suzanne serves on the Chapter Board of ACEDS Jacksonville, and is a Global Advisory Council Member for the EDRM – Electronic Discovery Reference Model. She also serves on the Planning Committee for the UF Law eDiscovery Conference held each March.
