She played a critical role in all phases of the EDRM cycle, including preservation, collection, review, and production. She developed defensible, repeatable workflows that helped save the company millions in outside-counsel and vendor spend. Her work included managing multi-district litigations, second requests, regulatory inquiries, subpoenas, and internal investigations; reviewing and negotiating ESI protocols and protective orders; conducting custodial interviews; and partnering with cross-functional teams to implement advanced analytics, predictive coding, and AI-driven review methodologies.

Throughout her career, Janine has been a key advisor on litigation readiness and early case assessment, helping in-house and outside counsel shape strategy, identify critical evidence quickly, and navigate discovery disputes. She is recognized for her ability to translate technical complexity into actionable guidance for attorneys, executives, and IT stakeholders.

Today, Janine positions herself as a bridge between transactional, litigation, and discovery worlds, helping businesses anticipate issues before they surface and navigate them efficiently when they do. She drafts forward-thinking contracts and operational practices that reduce downstream discovery risk, and when disputes arise, she guides teams through early case assessment and strategy, the discovery process focusing on cost-controlled, defensible strategies. Her approach centers on minimizing disruption, containing legal spend, and ensuring businesses are prepared for whatever the discovery lifecycle demands.
