Parking is reserved in the Green and Orange lots from February 25–26, 2026. Maps will be provided in the app prior to the event.

Ground Transportation
Complimentary shuttle service will be available each morning and evening between the official conference hotels and the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Attendees staying for the Thursday evening Closing Reception will also have access to the shuttle service to and from the event.
Rideshare options such as Uber and Lyft operate throughout Gainesville. Car rentals are available at all listed airports.
FAQ
What’s the dress code?
Business casual for sessions. The offsite networking event is casual. Feel free to dress down and leave laptops behind.
Are the hotels walkable to the venue?
Hotel ELEO and Aloft Gainesville are a short drive to UF Law. A limited shuttle will provide transportation each morning and afternoon.
Do I need a parking permit?
No. The designated lots are reserved during conference hours. Follow on-site instructions upon arrival.
