All attendees will receive an email within two weeks following the Conference with a link to UF’s online CLE system. The email includes instructions to confirm participation and print a certificate of attendance.

How many credits will I receive for attending CLE sessions during the Conference?

The following credit is available for FL: 15.0 hrs General; 5.0 hrs Ethics; 15.0 hrs Technology; 15.0 hrs Business Litigation Certification; 15.0 hrs Civil Trial Certification; 15.0 hrs Appellate Practice Certification.

12.25 hrs of general CLE credit and 4.0 hrs of Ethics are available for: AK, AZ, CT, DC, HI, MD, MA, MI, NH, SD.

15.0 hrs of general CLE credit and 5.0 hrs of Ethics are available for: NJ and NY.

This represents the maximum number of credits – individual credit may vary.

I don’t see my jurisdiction listed; what should I do?

You may be able to self-file for participation at this event.

Please note CLE is not available for participation in the live webcasts for Pennsylvania per their MCLE rules for virtual programs.

Attendance & Tracking

Should I scan the QR code outside the classroom if I am attending the in-person sessions?

Yes, in order to receive CLE credit for your attendance, you must scan in and out of each session you attend.

Do I need to listen for a code word if I am participating in the live webcasts?

Yes, in order to receive CLE credit for your attendance, you must note the code word which will be stated during each CLE session. You must provide a code word for each session in order to receive CLE credit for your participation.

Please note some sessions may utilize polling instead of a code word. Make sure to answer the poll when it pops up on your screen in order to receive CLE credit for your participation.

Certificates & Records

How will I receive my certificate of attendance?

All attendees will receive an email within 2 weeks following the Conference with a link to UF’s online CLE system. This email will contain instructions on how to confirm your participation and print your CLE certificate of attendance.

When can I expect to receive the email with my certificate?

About 2 weeks following Conference. If you do not receive this email (sometimes they go to SPAM folders) by March 20, 2026, you can access the UF Law E-Discovery online CLE portal here: https://www.multisoftevents.com/uflawediscoveryconference/ and choose the Conference you attended in order to be connected with your CLE record.

Speakers, Students & Other

I am a speaker. How will I receive my CLE credit?

Your additional speaking credit will be added to your CLE record in UF’s online CLE portal. You will receive a link to this portal within 2 weeks of the conclusion of the event. If you do not receive the email in your inbox within 2 weeks, please first check your SPAM folder. If you have any questions or issues, please contact ufcle@clehelpdesk.net after March 20, 2026. I am a law student. Do I need CLE credit?

Law students are welcome to view CLE sessions, but are not eligible for CLE credit.

CEDS (ACEDS Credit)

Use this section if you are seeking CEDS credit through ACEDS for an initial CEDS application or recertification. CEDS credit is the same for all jurisdictions and regions.

  • CEDS credit is the same for all jurisdictions and regions.
  • One CEDS credit equals 60 minutes of attendance.
  • A certificate of attendance will be provided.
  • No portal is required for CEDS credit.

A certificate of attendance will be provided for those seeking CEDS credit for initial application or recertification. Please keep your certificate for your records and submission materials. If applying for both CLE and CEDS, the CEDS certificate may be used.
