About
Kelly Twigger is a discovery strategist, practicing attorney, and legal technology founder. She is the Principal and Founder of ESI Attorneys, where she advises law firms, corporations, and public entities on high-stakes discovery strategy and regularly serves as national eDiscovery counsel and an expert in complex matters.
She is the CEO & Founder of Minerva26 (formerly eDiscovery Assistant), a legal-tech platform built out of a persistent gap she saw in the trenches: the distance between what courts require and what litigation teams can apply quickly and consistently under pressure. The platform makes discovery guidance usable by organizing case law, rules, and practical workflow tools to
support strategic decision-making, not just compliance. Under her leadership, Minerva26 has surpassed 45,000 curated cases in its proprietary database.
Kelly is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Colorado Law School, where she teaches eDiscovery Principles and Technology. She is a co-author of Electronic Discovery and Records and Information Management (West), a frequent national speaker, and the creator of practitioner-focused education, including Case of the Week. She has also served on the planning committee for the University of Florida eDiscovery Conference since 2014.
