This program has been approved by the Florida Bar for general, technology, and ethics CLE credit as well as Business Litigation and Civil Trial certification credit. CLE may be available for the following jurisdictions per their MCLE reciprocity policies: Alaska, Arizona, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, and South Dakota.
